Once a project has been found a prospectus will be sent to you, outlining all aspects of the work to be undertaken as well as the expected time frame and financial return.
Pay remainder of investment and watch the build progress. This will be via regular email updates and will include financials of renovation spend.
Once the project is complete, it will be staged then listed on the residential market until a buyer is found.
When the sale completes, you will receive 50% of the profit as well as your initial investment returned. This can be used in part or in full for another project or returned to your NZ bank account. A disclosure of all costs for the project will be provided.
